Feedback is a pillar of consultations, as we want to know what our doctors are doing right… or wrong. At the end of every consultation, a screen will be displayed prompting you to leave feedback, with ‘Yes’ and ‘Not Now’ options.

Selecting ‘Yes’ will take you a page where you can leave a star rating from 1 to 5, as well as your thoughts about the consultation and the doctor.

You have the option to not leave any feedback by selecting ‘Not Now’. You can always leave feedback when you’re ready through the appointment history page for that consultation.
