Viewing results uploaded to a test
If you book a test through the DRO Health App, our partners will upload the results as soon as they are ready. You might also want to access your previously uploaded results. This guide will take you through viewing uploaded results.
- On the Diagnostic tests page, you will see the ‘Tests & Results’ banner.
- Click on the banner to view all your tests, grouped into two tabs – Pending and Completed.
- Click on the test you’ve taken and want to view the results to. On the Test Detail page for a completed test, you will see the name, status, and details of the test. At the bottom of the page, you will find the uploaded results, if there are any.
Uploading results to a test
Results of tests booked on the DRO Health app are uploaded directly by our partners for you and the doctor to access. In the event that you decide to take a doctor-requested test off the DRO Health app, you will need to upload the results so the doctor can access it. Here’s how to upload your test results:
- On the Diagnostic tests page, you will see the ‘Tests & Results’ banner.
- Click on the banner to view all your tests, grouped into two tabs – Pending and Completed.
- Click on the test you’ve taken, and want to upload the results to. If the test isn’t marked as completed yet, you can mark it as completed on the Test Detail page. At the bottom of the page, you will find the ‘Upload’ button.
