To create a family, open up the app and click on the ‘Profile’ button at the bottom of the page. On the profile page, click on the ‘My Family’ banner. You will get a message telling you that you have not created a family. Click on the ‘Create a Family’ button. A confirmation pop up will come up, and you will need to click on the ‘Continue’ button to proceed.

You will need to enter the email address of your first family member. This has to be the email address connected to their DRO Health profile. Click on the ‘Add Member’ button to complete the invitation. You can then ‘Close’ or ‘Add Another Member’. The member limit for DRO Health families is eight (8) users.
